Bodhe

A system for showing up

What if it sticks?

Most plans break the first busy week. Bodhe is built for that week. It plans around your life, bends when it changes and keeps you coming back.

How it works

The anatomy of a habit.

Five parts. One thing that keeps moving.

  1. 01 / Frame

    Who you’re becoming.

Start with an identity, not a target. “I’m a rider.” Everything else bolts onto it.

  2. 02 / Wheels

    Every kilometre, counted.

Route, distance, pace and heart rate, live on your lock screen. Workouts from Apple Health join the same history.

  3. 03 / Saddle

    Rest is part of it.

Sleep, heart rate and HRV become one daily read: push, go easy or rest. Your streak pauses when you’re sick.

  4. 04 / Drivetrain

    A week that shifts gears.

Your coach plans around your days and recovery. Short on time? The 20-minute fallback keeps the habit turning.

  5. 05 / Cockpit

    A coach to steer by.

Ask in plain words. Get one clear next step, a re-planned week or a route for Sunday.

Put together, it keeps moving.

However you like to move

Your first week

Who are you becoming?

A rider. A runner. Someone who walks before work. Nobody starts as one. You become one a week at a time. Here is your first.

Day 1 · Choose

Say who you're becoming

"I'm a rider." "I'm a runner." Someone who walks before work. Choose what matters, then one goal to work towards.

Day 1 · Connect

Bring your history

Connect Apple Health. The workouts, heart rate and sleep your devices already record come with you. Nothing to type in.

Day 2 · Plan

Make room for it

Pick your days, time and place. Your coach builds a week around your goal and recovery. Choose a fallback for busy days.

Day 3 · Go

Hit start

Ride, run or walk with your phone. Route, distance, pace and heart rate stay on your lock screen.

Day 7 · Reflect

Look back. Plan ahead.

Review the week with your coach. See what you did, talk about what got in the way, and shape the next one.

Week one, day three

Then Wednesday happens.

Work runs late. The hour you set aside becomes twenty minutes.

You already have a fallback. Tell your coach what changed and it adjusts the week.

There’s still something you can do.

Endurance ride

An easy, steady session on a day you chose to train.

Sunday: long ride

Week eight

See what’s adding up.

A short ride on Wednesday. A longer one on Sunday. Look back at your training, sleep and fitness trends across weeks and months.

Fuel and body

Log food and water. Import body scans. Your coach uses it for fuelling and power-to-weight.

Kit and sensors

Keep your bikes, shoes and trainer together. Pair a Bluetooth heart-rate strap or cadence sensor.

Your AI coach

A coach who notices.

It reads your training history, recovery and goals, then answers in plain words. One clear next step, a re-planned week, a route for Sunday.

I only have twenty minutes today. Can we change the plan?
